All of our inns and hotels are temporarily closed due to Covid-19, but we’re hoping to welcome you back very soon.
We’re looking to the future and making plans to reopen our doors when the time is right, based on government advice in the coming weeks.
Things may be a little different for a while, but some things haven’t changed. The safety and well-being of our teams and guests continues to be our number one priority. We’re committed to adjusting to a new way of doing things and we’re putting extra measures in place to ensure a safe experience for everybody. We’re currently taking future room bookings for arrivals from 4th July. That being said, we fully understand that flexibility is important at this time, so our cancellation terms have been updated to allow you to book with confidence. Any breaks that are booked with us can be re-scheduled anytime up until 21st December 2021. If you’re unable to commit to a new date straight away, don’t worry. We can book your new stay whenever you are ready – either in the same location, or at any of the other hotels and inns in our collection.
Please browse our website to check current availability and to make any bookings. Alternatively, please get in touch with our reservations team if you have any enquiries: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our reservations team are currently working hard to respond to a very high volume of enquiries so may not respond as quickly as normal. Please bear with us and we promise you will receive a response within five working days.
We are currently working with a limited team and are therefore cancelling bookings on a seven-day rolling basis, to ensure that we’re able to help and support our customers as best we can. If you wish to cancel your booking, please wait until seven days before your arrival date before contacting us. Thank you for your ongoing support and patience under these difficult circumstances.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Westcountry soon.
