The Inn’s unspoilt bar boasts ships beams, slate floors and stone walls – much as it would have been two hundred years ago. Our huge central log fireplace is used to spit roast joints of meat several times a week. The second bar area is designated as non-smoking.

Five real ales are always available and usually consist of several that are locally brewed. We have a choice of lagers and ciders in addition to a wide selection of soft drinks, aperitifs, spirits and malt whiskies. The wine list is comprehensive with carefully selected wines from all around the world.

The bar at Masons Arms is enjoyed by both hotel guests and local villagers because the staff are friendly and attentive and here in Branscombe the pace of life slows. The Masons Arms is an intimate and welcoming Inn where people from all walks of life and many parts of the world, meet to relax, unwind and enjoy one another’s company.
